In addition, PVV Housing Private Limited, another subsidiary, has secured an EPC contract for a 109 MW solar power project in the same districts, also in collaboration with Nacof Oorja Pvt. Ltd. The estimated project value is about Rs 415 crore.

The company’s Board of Directors has also approved a strategic expansion plan to strengthen PVV Infra’s presence in the renewable energy sector through Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).
