L&T Realty Acquires 34-Acre Land in Panvel for ₹102 Cr

L&T Realty, the real estate arm of Larsen & Toubro, has acquired a 34-acre land parcel in Panvel near Mumbai for over ₹102 crore. The transaction involved three different landowners.

The riverfront-adjacent plot is currently designated as an industrial zone. It is yet to be confirmed whether L&T Realty plans to convert it for residential development or use it for a precast manufacturing facility to support its construction operations.
