L&T Emerges as Lowest Bidder for Rs 483 Cr IT Tower Project in Odisha

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has been declared the lowest (L1) bidder for the construction of IT Towers at Chandaka Industrial Estate in Khordha district, Odisha, with a total bid value of ₹482.95 crore.

The project entails a turnkey execution of the IT tower complex, comprising three basements, a ground floor, six stilts, and 15 upper floors. In addition to construction, L&T will also be responsible for operating and maintaining the facility for five years after handover.
