Karnataka Govt Signs MoUs Worth ₹1,040 Cr with South Korean Companies

Large and Medium Industries and Infrastructure Development
The Karnataka government has signed two memorandums of understanding (MoUs) with DN Solutions and EMNI in Seoul, South Korea, totaling ₹1,040 crore. Minister for Large and Medium Industries and Infrastructure Development, MB Patil, participated in the roadshow in Seoul.

DN Solutions will invest ₹1,000 crore to establish machine manufacturing facilities, a research and development center, and a technical support center for Indian manufacturing companies, creating 350 jobs over the next seven to ten years. EMNI will invest ₹40 crore to advance battery technology for storing, testing, and recycling LG Energy Solution's battery cells in Karnataka.
