Kalpataru bags ₹1,288-cr contracts in power sector
Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited (KPTL), a global EPC player in the power and infrastructure contracting sector, has secured new projects worth ₹1,288 crore, said the company in a official statement. This includes both secured orders as well as notifications of awards. In the transmission and distribution business, Kalpataru Power has secured projects worth ₹771 crore, primarily in the international arena, and in its Oil and Gas business segment it has bagged ₹517 crore worth of projects. With this, KPTL's order book at the end of FY18 stood at ₹12,404 crore, with the consolidated order book valued at around ₹20,000 crore, as per the statement.
