K Raheja Corp to Develop Luxury Residential Project in Mumbai's Worli
Realty developer K Raheja Corp has announced plans to develop a 2.5-acre land parcel in Mumbai’s Worli into a luxury residential project with a revenue potential exceeding ₹2,000 crore. The developer has finalized a revenue share structure with the landlord, with K Raheja Corp receiving 57% of the revenue share and the landlord receiving the remaining 43%. K Raheja Corp will oversee all aspects of the project, including planning, design, approvals, execution, branding, and sales efforts. The project is expected to have a development potential of around 3 lakh sq ft carpet area and is slated for completion within five years.
