JDA appoints new cell for quicker realty clearances
The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has decided to open a special cell with dedicated officials where assistance and guidance will be given to ensure project clearances on fast tracked basis. The developers can approach additional chief town planner (building planning) and additional chief town planner (land and property) every Monday. The officials will guide developers to expedite various works after giving information on approval of layout plan, building bylaws and township policy, said official sources. Currently, developers and architects face difficulty in receiving information on land conversion (90-A) under one roof and the new cell would help developers to a great extent.
