The total project value is estimated between Rs 750 crore and Rs 800 crore. The development has been supported by the Government of Goa to strengthen the state’s role as a global hub for high-value events while maintaining environmental sensitivity and regional identity.
Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, the project owner, conceptualised the centre as a world-class platform for global engagement under the aegis of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas. Engineers India Limited managed project coordination and execution oversight, while the Ministry of Tourism aligned the project with India’s strategy to enhance MICE infrastructure. The centre has been designed by CP Kukreja Architects, a leading multidisciplinary architecture and urban design firm with an extensive global portfolio.
