RLDA invites bids for residential & commercial development in Sewa Nagar & Lodhi Colony

The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA)
The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) has initiated the bidding process for residential and commercial development in Sewa Nagar and Lodhi Colony. The land area, divided into three parts, includes Part A and Part B of Sewa Nagar and Lodhi Colony, with a total land area of 43,345 sqm. RLDA has stated that 16,058 sqm will be leased for residential development over a period of 99 years, while the remaining land in Sewa Nagar Part B will be utilized for the redevelopment of the existing railway colony.

Part A (Sewa Nagar) and Lodhi Colony are designated for commercial development, presenting an opportunity for interested developers. The reserve price for the site has been set at Rs 355 crore. The deadline for the submission of e-bids is June 23.

Ved Parkash Dudeja, Vice-Chairman of RLDA, emphasized the significance of prime locations like Lodhi Colony, Chanakyapuri Diplomatic Enclave, and Golf Links in the city. These areas are renowned for their prestige and cultural as well as economic vitality. The development and progress of these prime areas serve as a testament to the city's growth and prosperity.
