RLDA invites bids for commercial development of land parcel near Kota Junction

The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) of Indian Railways has initiated the bidding process for the commercial development of a vacant plot measuring 2128 sqm. near Kota Junction in Rajasthan. The lease for this strategically located land parcel will be granted for 45 years, with a reserved price of INR 8.20 Crore.

The pre-bid meeting witnessed significant interest from both local and national-level developers. The deadline for the submission of e-bids is August 1, 2023.

Situated near Kota Railway Junction, this highly sought-after land offers immense economic potential and is poised for major commercial development. Its prime location ensures excellent connectivity with all regions of Kota, making it an attractive investment opportunity.
