Master plans for three more UP cities presented for govt approval

Master plans for three more cities in Uttar Pradesh have been finalised and presented to the state government for final approval. The plans for Kanpur, Azamgarh and Hapur will focus on spatial planning, public health facilities, water supply, urban transportation and socio-economic development until 2031. Last week, the chief minister of UP, Yogi Adityanath, approved master plans for Ayodhya and Orai in Jalaun that will govern future planning, development and zoning regulations.
