Marking its entry into the coastal state of Odisha, ESR Group, which is a Hong Kong-based and Asia Pacific focused company, has committed to invest Rs 360 crore for the construction and development of the warehousing and logistic hub, ESR Cuttack Logistics Park. This state-of-the-art facility, spread over 1.2 million sq ft, is going to be the region’s only institutional-grade facility with grade-A specifications. The company has already acquired 57 acres of land for the purpose.
