The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has given the go-ahead for the draft Master Plan 2041, which focuses on green and clean infrastructure development and affordable housing for Delhi's residents. The plan aims to promote clean economies, such as IT and knowledge-based industries, and includes provisions for the development of non-ownership and rental housing. The plan also allows for flexible loading of Floor Area Ratio and Transfer of Development Rights to promote sustainable urban planning principles. Additionally, a Green Development Area policy will regularize farmhouses in the capital. The plan has been approved by the Lt.
