Construction projects worth Rs 3.17 lakh-cr launched in Gujarat in last 4 yrs
Gujarat has witnessed the completion of construction projects amounting to Rs 3.17 lakh crore in last four years. These projects span across 6,305 units in categories including residential, commercial and plotted developments. Of the construction commitments of 91 crore sq feet over the last four years, 2021-22 saw the maximum, with 26 crore sq feet of development projects getting RERA-registered, as stated by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (Credai).
