APIIC issues EoI for Rs. 2,300-cr Business Park in Madhurawada
The Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC) has issued an Expression of Interest (EoI) to develop the ‘I-Space Business Park’ in Madhurawada area of the state. The park is likely to come up on 19 acres of land, on hill number three in the region. This new park will feature IT/ITeS offices, commercial office space, a business centre, and many more amenities. Besides, auxiliary components would include meeting and conference spaces. Apart from this, it will also include a business hotel, serviced apartments, an open-air theatre, and food and beverages facilities, among others. The corporation has proposed the development of this business park through a public-private partnership (PPP) on a joint venture (JV) basis and the initial estimates of the project implementation have been pegged at Rs. 2,300 crores.
