IndoSpace to Invest Over ₹580 Cr in 2 Logistics Parks in Karnataka

IndoSpace plans to invest more than ₹580 crore to develop two logistics parks across 76 acres in Karnataka. The parks, aimed at the automobile, engineering, electronics, and 3PL sectors, will have a combined development potential of 1.8 million sq. ft. The IndoSpace Nelamangala-II park, covering 35 acres along the Bengaluru-Mumbai highway, will see an investment of ₹240 crore. The second park, IndoSpace Narasapura-II, spanning 40 acres near key industrial hubs off Old Madras Road, will involve a ₹340 crore investment. Both parks are set to become operational within the next two to three years.
