Hosachiguru Launches Residential Project 'Unnati' in Chikballapur
Hosachiguru, a Bengaluru-based managed farmland company, has launched Unnati, a farm-themed residential project in Chikballapur, Karnataka, targeting a revenue of ₹130 crore. Spread over 40 acres, the project offers 170 plots averaging 5,400 sq. ft. each and combines sustainable farm living with urban luxury.
Priced from ₹81 lakh, the pre-launch project aims to revive the charm of old Bangalore with spacious homes amid lush greenery. Residents can adopt a 50:50 concept—building their villa on half the plot and using the other half for organic farming.
Located near Bengaluru International Airport and the scenic Varlakonda Hills, Unnati promises modern amenities like a clubhouse, gym, pool, and sports facilities including Pickleball and Tennis. The gated community blends tranquility with modern security and convenience, with completion planned by 2027.

The company recently launched Aamrut Farm, its 26th managed farmlands on the outskirts of Bengaluru. With this new launch, Hosachiguru currently has over 1500+ acres of land under management which it aims to develop over the next few years.

According to Anarock Group, at least 29 land deals involving 721 acres during January-March this year to expand their businesses amid surge in demand especially for housing with land deals in terms of acres having increased by 61 percent annually in January-March 2024 and 58 per cent annually in 2023-24.
