Home and Soul, a property brokerage firm, has bought a land parcel in Jaypee township at Greater Noida to develop a luxury project with an investment of over ₹210 crore, said CEO Sakshi Katyal. The group has forayed into real estate and is developing residential and commercial projects in Delhi-NCR. It has acquired around 5,000 sqm land in Jaypee's 452 acre township and will develop an ultra luxury project comprising 46 apartments, villas and penthouses. Apartments will be priced ₹3-4 crore, and a penthouse ₹10-12 crore with size varying from 3,900 to 10,000 sq ft. Construction has started and the project would be completed in three years. Elsewhere in the NCR, the builder is developing a housing project 'Beetle Lap', comprising 460 units on the Yamuna Expressway at a cost of ₹200 crore and a commercial project in Noida Extension, and a housing project on Yamuna expressway.
