Haryana unveils five cities along KMP expressway

The Haryana Government has decided to develop five new cities in the two km area on either side of the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal Expressway (KMP) where the city clusters will be named as Panchagram, said Industries and Commerce Minister, Vipul Goel. The government has prepared the draft bill of Panchgram Development Authority, and on getting the cabinet approval of the Draft bill, construction work will start. The government has provided facilities to entrepreneurs to boost the industrial sector in the state and create job generation avenues. The Industrial and Commercial Townships, the first of their kind in the state, are being set up on 3,300 acres area in Kharkhoda, Sonipat. Similarly, the Industrial Model Township has been developed on 1,400 acres in Sohna of Gururgram and all these townships would be connected to KMP and Gurugram-Sohna-Alwar Highway.
