Gujarat Approves ₹255 Cr for Road Projects in Surat, Rajkot & Gandhinagar

Under the Swarnim Jayanti Mukhya Mantri Shaheri Vikas Yojana, the Gujarat government has approved a significant allocation of ₹255.06 crore for road development projects in Surat, Rajkot, and Gandhinagar.

The Surat Municipal Corporation has been awarded ₹181.50 crore for 579 projects, including road widening, new road construction, and footpaths. Rajkot received ₹60.78 crore for 12 road projects, while Gandhinagar has been allocated ₹12.84 crore for road renovation work.
