Godrej Properties Wins Prime Land Parcels in Greater Noida Auction

Godrej Properties has secured the highest bid for two prime residential group housing plots in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, during an e-auction conducted by the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA). The land parcels, spanning 9.5 acres in Sector Sigma-III and 8 acres in Sector-12, have a combined bid value of ₹842 crore. These sites hold an estimated revenue potential of over ₹5,000 crore.
