Godrej Properties Wins Bid for Kharghar Housing Project

Godrej Properties (GPL) has won the bid to develop a group housing project in Sector 5-A, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, through CIDCO's e-auction. The 6.54-acre plot offers a development potential of approximately 2 million sq ft, featuring residential apartments in various configurations. The project is estimated to generate around ₹3,500 crore in revenue.
