Construction of underpasses at Huda City Centre Metro station and at Basai Chowk, Shankar Chowk and Sohna Road has been restarted after securing the mandatory approvals from the district administration, and by strictly adhering to the prescribed guidelines amid the ongoing Covid-19 lockdown. The Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) is the custodian authority of the underpass and Basai Chowk flyover, while NHAI is looking after the construction of the Sohna Road flyover. Both NHAI and GMDA together are building the Shankar Chowk flyover and to restart the work the two agencies had applied separately for resumption construction activities couple of weeks ago.
