Generative AI is poised to unlock substantial opportunities for the Asia Pacific corporate real estate sector in the coming years, according to a new report from Colliers, a global diversified professional services and investment management company (NASDAQ, TSX: CIGI).

The report, titled "AI in Corporate Real Estate: The Now, the Next, and the Possible", explores the flourishing generative AI market in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, highlighting its untapped potential to boost productivity, creativity, and efficiency in the corporate real estate (CRE) sector.
