Real estate developer Gaurs Ltd has secured ₹500 crore funding from Kotak Mahindra group. The funds will be invested in its two projects at Noida Extension on the outskirts of Delhi. The group is currently developing a number of projects including two large integrated townships at Noida Extension and Yamuna Expressway. MD, Manoj Gaur informed that Kotak Mahindra Bank has invested this amount through its subsidiary, Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd. The two projects named as Gaur City II, are a part of the 237-acre township Gaur City at Noida Extension and commercial project Gaur City Centre. Prior to this, the group has raised ₹640 crores from PNB Housing for a housing and a retail project in January this year as it recorded a strong sales bookings in the last two financial years despite overall slowdown in the housing sector.
