Sinoboom Poland Amplifies Production and Renews ISO 9001 Certification

European manufacturing is playing an increasingly important role in Sinoboom's long-term growth strategy. With production capacity at its Polish facility increasing by 370% year-on-year, the successful renewal of the site's ISO 9001 certification, originally achieved in 2023 and awarded by internationally recognised certification body TÜV, confirms that this growth is supported by robust quality systems, stable manufacturing processes and a culture of continuous improvement.

For Sinoboom, the recertification validates the strength of its European manufacturing organisation, combining increased production capacity with disciplined processes, robust quality management and a clear focus on customer satisfaction.

Building quality long before assembly

Quality does not begin on the assembly line. It starts much earlier, with every supplier, every component and every critical manufacturing process.

Over the past three years, Sinoboom Poland has significantly strengthened its supplier quality management system. Every new supplier must demonstrate stable manufacturing processes and hold ISO 9001 certification before entering serial production. Prototype validation, production trials, supplier audits and digital traceability form part of a rigorous qualification process that ensures quality is embedded throughout the entire supply chain, long before a machine reaches final assembly.

Since achieving ISO 9001 certification in 2023, Sinoboom Poland has successfully completed every surveillance and recertification audit without receiving a single major non-conformity. Throughout successive audits, TÜV auditors have recognised the company's continuous progress, highlighting improvements in supplier management, traceability and manufacturing excellence. They also recognised the strong commitment of Sinoboom Poland's leadership team, whose active involvement continues to drive a company-wide culture of quality, safety and continuous improvement.
