Spread across 18,000 sq. ft., the facility features a four-bay workshop and is supported by a team of about 230 professionals with extensive industry expertise. It will serve as the dealership’s headquarters, overseeing operations across 15 districts of Jharkhand while supporting the company’s expanding network and strengthening its regional presence.

It houses a fully operational LiveLink Command Centre, JCB's advanced telematics platform that provides real-time insights into machine performance, service requirements, utilisation and security, enabling 24x7 fleet management support.
Reinforcing JCB's commitment to sustainable business practices, the facility also incorporates a rainwater harvesting system for responsible resource management.
