EPACK Prefab Sets Record for India’s Fastest-Built Structure
EPACK Prefab, a leader in pre-engineered building (PEB) manufacturing in India, has achieved a remarkable milestone by completing India’s fastest-built structure in just 150 hours. This impressive project, located in Mambattu, Andhra Pradesh, showcases the company’s expertise in innovative and rapid construction techniques.
The 151,000 square-foot building was constructed using advanced prefabrication and PEB technology. The project’s swift progress was carefully planned, with the primary structure completed by the 48th hour, roofing by the 90th hour, and cladding by the 120th hour. The building was fully functional within the timeline, demonstrating the power of prefabricated construction to meet India’s infrastructure needs efficiently and sustainably.
This achievement, now recognized in the Golden Book of World Records, highlights the immense potential of prefabricated construction technology.
