Making most out of the emerging biz avenues in the luxury segment of the up-market Banjara Hills area of Hyderabad, Dream India Group and FIMA Properties have jointly unveiled a luxury residential project at an investment worth Rs. 270cr. The property located close to the IT hub of Hyderabad and is spreading over a 2-acre site and will have fourteen towers with one apartment in each floor. The apartments, with sizes ranging from 2,500 to 4,500 sq.ft have been priced at Rs. 10,000 per sq.ft. Each tower will have three floors of facilitation space, including parking and eight floors of constructed space with one apartment in each floor with 106 apartments in the project. In addition, the Valencia, (Braveheart in Spanish), is at an advanced stage of development and is expected to be ready for occupation by December 2017. These are priced in the range of Rs. 2.5-Rs. 4.5cr, and provide the ultimate luxury experience for home owners, Chairman and Managing Director of Dream India, Syed Rafi Ishaq, said in a press program where Managing Director of FIMA Properties, Mohammed Mustaq Ahmed was also present.
