Dilip Buildcon wins Rs. 911-cr road project

Strengthening its order book position further in the country's road sector, leading EPC contractor, Dilip Buildcon has recently secured a Letter of Award from National Highway Authority of India, for building a four-laning road project of Rs. 911-cr in Maharashtra. The order pertains to cover 67 km-long road stretch starting from Tuljapur to Ausa section of National Highway- 361, Head - Strategy & Planning, Dilip Buildcon, Rohan Suryavanshi said, adding that it is a hybrid annuity project, which means the entire cost will be borne by the government as it will pay 40% of the project cost during construction period and 60% will be raised by the company through debt and equity. The project, which is slated for completion in two years, is expected to bring 18% margins at earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA), he claimed.
