Dilip Buildcon wins 2 HAM projects for Bangalore Chennai Expressway

Dilip Buildcon has emerged as the L-1 bidder for two projects which include Phase 1- Package 1 and 2 of the Bangalore Chennai Expressway with a total cost of ₹2,439 crore.

The first project involves 4-laning from km 0.000 to km 26.400 (along with 0.700km approach towards NH 207 with interchange on NH4 at the starting point) of Bangalore to Malur Section of Bangalore Chennai Expressway (Phase-I Package I) on Hybrid Annuity model under the Bharatmala Pariyojna in Karnataka. The bid project cost is ₹1,160 crore with a completion period of 24 months and an operation period of 15 years from COD.

The second project involves the construction of 4 lane expressway from km 26.400 to km 53.500 of Malur to Bangarpet Section of Bangalore Chennai Expressway on Hybrid Annuity Model under the Bharatmala Pariyojna in the same state (Phase-I Package II). The bid project cost is ₹1,279 crore.
