Delhi gets new road to connect NH-8
Once this road is completed, it will work as an alternative route and the traffic load on the stretch will be reduced drastically. As the road stretch is heavily populated, the road building authorities will also have to construct enough foot-over bridges and underpasses for the safety of pedestrians as a large number of colonies are located along the proposed road including Vasant Kunj and Vasant Vihar, among others.
