Delhi-Dehradun Expressway Unaffected by Land Dispute at Mandola

Recent reports about a private land dispute in Mandola, Bagpat affecting the Delhi-Dehradun Expressway are misleading. The authorities confirm that the main expressway remains unaffected, with no hindrance to traffic flow.
The issue concerns only a 90-meter stretch of a service road near Ramp-5, while three out of four ramps have been completed, and service roads are operational. The landowner has filed a writ petition in the Allahabad High Court (Lucknow Bench), and the matter is pending.
To ensure smooth traffic movement, a temporary bypass via Mandola Vihar Yojna’s internal road has been arranged. The expressway remains fully functional, with only minor adjustments for vehicles using the service road at Ramp-5.
