Central Park to Invest Rs 2,000 Cr in New Luxury Residential Project ‘Delphine’ on Dwarka Expressway

Central Park will invest Rs 2,000 crore to develop its new luxury residential project, Delphine, along the Dwarka Expressway. Spread across 7.85 acres in Sector 104, Gurugram, the project will be built in three phases, with construction expected to begin in 2026 and targeted for completion by 2032. All construction will be executed in-house.

The high-rise development will feature six towers offering serviced studio and one-bedroom residences, along with premium 3BHK and 4BHK units. The developer expects sales realisation of around Rs 3,500 crore from the project. Prices start at Rs 3–5 crore for studio units, while 3BHKs begin at Rs 11 crore and 4BHKs at Rs 15 crore.
