Ceigall India Secures Rs 585 Million Annual Transmission Project for 35 Years
Ceigall India has received a Letter of Intent from REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited for a long-term transmission infrastructure project valued at Rs 585 million per year. The contract spans 35 years under annual transmission charges and involves developing a 400/220 kV Velgaon Gas-Insulated Substation under the Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) framework. Classified as a domestic order, the project includes the construction, commissioning and long-term management of the transmission asset, with an operational cycle ensuring continuous oversight after completion.
