Ceigall Infra Wins Rs 2,160 Cr NHAI Contract for NH-139W Four-Laning in Bihar

Ceigall Infra Projects has secured a road project worth about Rs 2,160 crore from the National Highways Authority of India under the Hybrid Annuity Model. The company has received a Letter of Award for four-laning a key stretch of National Highway 139W in Bihar.

The project covers the 78.942 km Sahebganj–Areraj–Bettiah section, to be developed in two packages: 38.362 km from Sahebganj to Areraj and 40.580 km from Areraj to Bettiah. The highway upgrade is expected to enhance regional connectivity and improve traffic flow in north Bihar.

Ceigall Infra will complete construction within 730 days, followed by a 15-year operation and maintenance period. Under the Hybrid Annuity Model, project costs and associated risks are shared between the government and the private developer, ensuring balanced financial participation and long-term asset performance.
