County Group Buys 5-Acre Noida Land for Rs 475 Cr to Develop Luxury Housing Project
County Group has acquired a 5-acre land parcel in Noida’s Sector 151 for around Rs 475 crore through a state government auction. The developer plans to build a premium residential project on the site, comprising only 226 units across a total development area of more than 11 lakh sq ft. The low-density layout is expected to offer spacious living spaces and cater to high-end homebuyers in one of Noida’s emerging residential corridors.
