Brigade Enterprises to Invest ₹400 Cr in Chennai Office Complex

Brigade Enterprises has partnered with Agni Estates & Foundations to develop 'Brigade Tech Boulevard', an office complex on Pallavaram-Thoraipakkam Radial Road in Chennai. The investment for this Grade A office space project amounts to ₹400 crore. The complex will offer 8.36 lakh sq. ft. of leasable area across two towers. Following the completion of 'World Trade Centre' on OMR, this marks Brigade Group's next commercial venture in Chennai.

Chennai's office market caters to various sectors, including IT, ITeS, engineering, automotive, and banking. The project emphasizes sustainability, digital connectivity, and A-Grade office standards. With pre-leasing commitments in place, the development is expected to bolster momentum in the area.
