Bhutani awards ₹500-cr realty project in Noida to BL Kashyap and Sons Ltd
Realty firm Bhutani Infra has awarded a ₹500 crore contract to BL Kashyap and Sons Ltd for development of a commercial project in Noida. The builder, which focuses on developing commercial real estate, has, so far, completed about a dozen projects in East Delhi, Ghaziabad and Noida. CEO, Bhutani Infra, Ashish Bhutani, said that the company has awarded construction contract for a new commercial project Cyberthum wherein the company would construct 22 lakh sq ft area as per the contract. The total size of the project is around 50 lakh sq ft. The company generally sells commercial space to customers but retains leasing right. The commercial real estate market is doing well across major cities and Noida is also witnessing large commercial development due to increased demand for office space in the city that commands a lower rental rate compared to Gurugram.
