Marathon Group launches ₹425-cr residential project
Marathon Group will build a ₹425 crore real estate project named Marathon NexZone II in the Panvel area of Maharashtra. The company is looking to finance the project through internal accruals, customer advances and construction finance. Phase-II of the project will offer a mix of both one and two bedroom units with prices starting from ₹44 lakh and ₹62.5 lakh, respectively. The project will house four towers of 33-storey each with 20,000 sq ft retail space. Of the total 1,000 apartments, 450 units have been laucnhed. The builder has delivered 1,000 apartments of the 2,200 units sold under Phase-I of the project.
