The real estate arm of Bharti Enterprises, Bharati Land Limited, has inked a joint venture agreement with Asthetic Township Developers to build a new commercial project in Gurugram. The ₹350 crore realty venture is a mixed-use commercial project, comprising 6 lakh sq ft areas of office and retail spaces. Asthetic Township Developers owns 3 acres of licensed land parcel in Sector 27, Gurugram (Haryana), while Bharti Realty will develop the commercial project under the real estate asset management model, said MD, Bharti Realty and CEO S K Sayal. The project is located between IFFCO Chowk and Huda metro stations, amid the residential hub and business districts of Gurugram. Managing director, Asthetic Township Developers, Vijay Kumar Yadav, said that Bharti is one of the most trustworthy brands in the country and, together, the partners will bring immense value and a world-class product for global consumers.
