Real estate developer Salarpuria Sattva has acquired a 25-acre land parcel in the IT hub of Kokapet area of Hyderabad from Omaxe. The ₹650 crore acquisition will enable Salarpuria Sattva to set up an IT hub, which will further strengthen its commercial portfolio in Hyderabad by adding 9 million sq ft of IT development. Kokapet is coming up as a major IT hub and has seen some of the largest projects being announced in and around that area. Touted as one of the largest transactions involving Salarpuria Sattva, which is an American private equity firm of Blackstone Group, which had jointly bought a 3.3-million-sq-ft office park owned by Coffee Day Enterprises at around ₹2,700 crore.
