Godrej Properties has launched a luxury mixed-use project comprising flats and retail spaces in the iconic R K Studio in the heart of Mumbai. The project, which is spread across 2.2 acres will offer about 3.5 lakh sqft of saleable area, said Executive Chairman, Pirojsha Godrej, and that the company will ensure the legacy of the site with a landmark development which will deliver an outstanding lifestyle for its residents. The land parcel is strategically located on the main Sion-Trombay Road. Founded by Raj Kapoor in 1948, the owners of the studio said that they have chosen Godrej Properties to script a new chapter and build upon its rich history.
