BCD Group Secures 1.5 Million Sq Ft Residential Project in Bengaluru

BCD Group, a renowned name in Indian construction and design, has secured a 1.5 million square feet residential project in Bengaluru from Ramsons Trendsquares. The project, covering 6.5 acres with a total investment of ₹660 crore, marks the first collaboration between BCD and Ramsons Trendsquares.

Ramsons Trendsquares focuses on creating sustainable, inclusive mixed-use developments. The project will be completed in two phases: phase 1 includes 600 residential units, which are already sold out, while phase 2 will feature 5 million square feet of both residential and commercial spaces.
