KSM Bashir Mohammad & Sons has been awarded the contract to design and construct the Metro Bhawan-cum-OCC building in Lucknow by the Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation. The project involves the construction of a multi-storied RCC framed building near Sachivalaya Metro Station.

The scope of work includes structural, architectural, finishing, plumbing, drainage, external development, road works, E&M works, HVAC, fire detection, and firefighting systems. The EPC contract is valued at ₹101.79 crore with a construction timeline of 20 months.
