Adding to its project portfolio in the realty sector, the Kerala-based realty major has decided to launch 12 projects in the state at an investment worth Rs. 1000cr, thereby taking the total number of projects implemented by the company to 80, managing director, V Sunil Kumar said, adding that the new projects will include a healthcare cum residential hub in association with global healthcare chain-BR Life group at SUT hospital campus in Thiruvananthapuram, and an affordable housing project of about 850 apartments near Kochi. The company which clocked 35% rise in its turnover to around Rs. 300-cr in 2015-16 from a year earlier, has completed 43 projects while 24 are at various stages of completion. For its quality construction, the builder commands Crisil 7 star ratings for three projects including one for villa project in Kalamassery, he added.
