Ashwin Sheth Group Unveils ₹3,800 Cr Luxury Residential Project in Goregaon West

Ashwin Sheth Group has launched a landmark luxury residential project in Siddharth Nagar, Goregaon West, with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹3,800 crore. Spread across 4.05 acres, the premium development will feature five towers—including a 60-storey signature tower and four 44-storey towers—along with dedicated retail space.

The project will offer around 12 lakh sq. ft. of RERA carpet area, comprising spacious 2, 3, and 4 BHK residences ranging from 800 to 1,600 sq. ft., designed with modern amenities and high-end specifications to redefine urban living in Mumbai’s western suburbs.
