Arihant Group invests ₹250-cr in affordable housing
In a bid to make the most out of the emerging business avenues in the country's affordable housing segment, the Delhi-based realty developer Arihant Group has invested ₹250 crore in its affordable housing project named Arihant Abode, situated in Greater Noida West on the outskirts of the national capital, Managing Director, Arihant Group, Kaushal Jain, said, adding that the entire investment would be met through internal accruals and customer advances. The project will house 11 towers with a total of 944 units. The first phase of the project is expected to be ready and delivered by 2022 while the complete project is expected to be delivered in the next two years thereafter, he added.
