Venus Techno Equipment offers Concrete Batching Plants under its CP, CCP, ECO, and VIST series, equipped with Twin-shaft, Planetary, and Pan-type mixing technology and having both compartment and inline storage bins options to meet the industry’s increasing demand over the period.
“Our in-house designed twin shaft and planetary mixers are as per international standards, ensuring quality and optimal performance. The Compact 75 & 90 Cubic meter Batching Plants are ideal for urban infrastructure sites, while the 120-cubic-meter plant supports contractors for road construction projects, various mega infrastructure projects for their ready mix concrete requirements. The company's in-house twin-shaft and planetary mixers meet international quality standards, ensuring superior performance and reliability. Customers can choose the right batching plant model based on their specific project needs and site applications,” said Bhagat.
The company’s new trailer-mounted concrete pumps are powerful machines designed for pumping concrete of various mix designs. They deliver higher productivity and the rated throughput, enable smooth flow of the concrete without chocking and trouble, and can be easily aligned with the concrete batching plants and transit mixers.
“Our new range of BS V compliant self-loading mixers, ranging from 4 to 4.8 cubic meters, have a feature of unique spiral design and are engineered with heavy-duty structural rigidity, for performing efficiently under tough conditions and well equipped with other important features like rear view camera, health monitoring system The machines are stronger and more durable. We have placed significant emphasis on improving the quality and design to ensure their optimal performance and longevity. We have the flexibility to design models based on specific client requirements and are planning to launch more such models in the future,” he added.
Rom Prakash Bhagat informed that the company’s plans to expand the manufacturing facility for Self-loading mixers and market their new range models in different customer’s segment and industry, under their new business vertical. “Venus Techno also provide the drums, ready for fitment on the chassis of the transit mixers and also provide mounting support. We will also be foraying into the bitumen road construction sector with our 60-90-120 tph drum mix plants. Our core strength lies in our efficient products, strong support and services, and competitive pricing due to our in-house manufacturing.”
Venus Techno Equipment that started with a single manufacturing facility in Mehsana, Gujarat, has expanded in multiple factories, and has set up a 30-acre manufacturing plant, encompassing 500,000 sq.ft of built-up infrastructure, including a R&D center.
