Unipave has the widest range of paver finishers like mechanical and sensor pavers for working with bituminous, wet mix, DLC, GSB, and DBM materials.
We have 5 models in the mechanical segment and 5 in the sensor. The ESP-045 is a small 4.5-m paver with Moba sensor for slope and grade control; ESP-05 is a 5.5-m paver with option for 6.0 meters; and ACP-090 has a screed of 9.0-m. Our sensor paver finisher model ESP-05 offers 6-m screed width for paving bituminous materials, while the latest ASP-075 is wheel-mounted, which has 2.75-m to 7.5-m screed width, equalizer beam system for rear wheels, 169hp Ashok Leyland engine, MOBA Matic sensor devices, and a MOBA control panel. The design and build are of international quality, yet it is an economical option over regular graders in the market.
Our mechanical paver UWM-05 is the only one-of-its-kind in the market. It is a double excel mechanical paver especially designed for lay WMM material, but also works with bitumen. It is a mechanical paver with a hydraulic transmission and requires less maintenance. All our pavers are ARAI approved. Besides pavers, we also have Tractor Grader Attachment Model UG-22 in our product portfolio.
Today, for less undulation, sonic Big Ski is an ultra-super technology which can be synchronized with our sensor paver models.
For material flow control, we provide a limit switch system in our mechanical paver, provided it has a hydraulic conveyor system as in our HAP-045HC, HAP-045HD, and UWM-05 models. Our sensor pavers ESP-045 and ESP-05 also have a limit switch that automatically maintains the material flow between auger and conveyor.
Though, the government has decided to build future roads with 50% asphalt and 50% concrete, there is a huge opportunity for Asphalt Paver industries.
India has a road network of over 5,603,293 km, as on 31 March 2017, the second largest road network in the world, with a mix of modern highways and narrow, unpaved roads, of which 62.5% have been paved and the rest are being improved, so there’s a big potential for asphalt paver industries. Even countries like Bangladesh, Nepal, and Africa are good markets for our pavers, as they are aware of Indian quality and services.
We have 60% repeat customers due to our good products and after-sales support.
A good number of road contractors in India prefer to use Unipave paver finishers due to their high quality, and low acquisition and maintenance costs. Contractors also want quicker after-sales service and spares availability, and we are meeting their expectations most efficiently with our country-wide dealer network, which is especially strong in the eastern part of India.
